I know it's a cliche but, every year we want to be better for our clients but not in competition with the others. The world wide guests chefs give us a lot of help, their experience combined with our enthuziasm makes a perfect combination on your plate.
We went around the world (properly) to have this quality of ingredients, and to be honest we're pretty sorry that we can't rely on local market but things will change soon.

A little secret about our chef, Cucu Sorin. He's putting his heart in the kitchen. And this is all that matters.
